Join the Marin Cultural Association Art Studio at the Marin County Fair!

Last year, more than 5,500 families visited the MCA Art Studio, an interactive, all-ages creative space featuring hands-on art-making, artist demonstrations, live mural painting, and more.

This year, MCA is highlighting the arts organizations that make Marin County’s creative community so vibrant. Marin-based arts organizations are invited to lead interactive arts experiences and activities while sharing their mission and programs with Fair audiences of all ages.

Participating organizations will receive a three-hour activation block in the studio. Participation is free for Marin County arts organizations, but space is limited.

The registration deadline is Friday, June 12, 2026. Register for the Art Studio at form.jotform.com/Cultural_Marin/mca-art-studio-art-activation-form

Be part of the art at the Marin County Fair!

Marin Cultural Association is a proud sponsor of the 2026 Marin County Fair, and we invite you to be part of the creativity, community, and celebration.

This year’s theme, Stars, Stripes & Stories, celebrates the stories that connect us through art, culture, and imagination. These opportunities invite artists, organizations, and community members of all ages to help create a Marin arts community that is truly by and for all.

Artists, writers, and creatives of all ages are invited to submit work to the Marin County Fair Competitive Exhibits and help bring this year’s theme to life!

From paintings and ceramics to photography, handcrafted works, quilts, fiber arts, and wearable art, every piece tells a story worth sharing.

Creativity shows up in many forms—drawing, writing, movement, music, play. What matters isn’t the medium, but the act of making something and sharing it with others!

In 2008, Stuart Schwartz founded The Image Flow with one initial goal: to provide high-quality photographic printing services to Marin County – because, in the words of Stuart, “it’s not a photograph until it’s a print.” The Image Flow aims to celebrate photography in all its forms and to provide a local hub for photographers of all levels to create work, exchange ideas, and innovate the medium of photography.

“We believe in the power of the printed image, building a community of creatives, and being a space to come together to celebrate art.” - Page Sullivan, Front Desk & Digital Media Manager
