Tomorrow, September 2, SARA Co-Founder Leah D’Ambrosio will talk about Unworthiness in Animal Reiki: How We Unconsciously Project Our Fear Onto Animals.

Unworthiness can be sneaky. We may feel like we deserve a good job, a successful business, or a loving relationship, while still carrying doubt underneath.

Leah will explore how unworthiness can show up when we're sitting with an animal in need, along with simple exercises to quiet our inner critic, let go of fixing, and expand our capacity to receive.

She'll also share how working on our own self-worth can affect the way we show up for others and how sharing a loving, grounded presence with an animal can support both of us. ❤️

It may sound like a heavy topic, but Leah promises we'll have some fun with it too. ✨
