• Casey Clark — District 5
• Ed Acosta — District 7

The City of Watsonville will hold its General Municipal Election on November 3, 2026, with District 5 and District 7 among the council seats on the ballot.

📢 CEMA Endorses Measure E

CEMA is proud to endorse Measure E — Monterey County on the November 3, 2026 ballot.

Measure E would increase the transient occupancy tax on hotel and lodging stays in unincorporated Monterey County from 10.5% to 12.5% to help fund essential county services.

CEMA is proud to endorse Measure E — Santa Cruz County on the November 3, 2026 ballot.

Measure E proposes a temporary 0.5% (half-cent) general sales tax increase for five years to help offset federal and state budget cuts and support essential county services.

A special thank you to Monterey County Supervisors Glenn Church and Wendy Root Askew for joining us and sharing their time with our members. We truly appreciate your support and commitment to our County employees and community.
