We have five licensed community care clinics that have been serving Alameda, San Mateo, and Santa Clara County since 1981. Our services include well woman care, STD testing and treatment, optimal health coaching, pregnancy testing, pregnancy options counseling, ultrasound imaging, prenatal care, medical insurance assistance, adoption support services, abortion pill reversal, after hours help line, material support, childbirth and parenting classes, community assistance referrals, pregnancy loss healing, and optimal health education. For pregnant women considering abortion, RealOptions recommends a pre-abortion screening. A viable pregnancy can be confirmed through a lab-grade pregnancy test and an ultrasound.

A pregnancy test verification serves as proof of pregnancy for insurance companies and agencies that provide services like WIC ( Woman, Infants & Children) if women decide to parent and abortion clinics if they decide to end their pregnancy. We provide presumptive eligibility for Medi-Cal if women decide to carry to term.

Our patients deserve the GOLD standard of care! We are here to help our patients understand all their options so they can make an informed decision.
