We organized, we voted in LARGE numbers, and successfully elected our union sister Jeanine Adams as a Trustee on the Kern County Employees Retirement Association board!

BREAKING‼️County of Kern, California ratifies three-year contract providing 5,000 workers a long-over due equity adjustment in income.

Following more than two years of negotiations, multiple rejections and revisions of Kern County’s Last, Best, and Final offers, and a historic strike authorization, Kern County members voted by majority to ratify our contract and avert a work stoppage.
