UA Local Union 393 represents several thousand men and women in the Plumbing, Pipefitting, and HVACR Service Technician fields throughout the City of San Jose, Santa Clara County, and San Benito County. We are 2,800 Union Plumbers, Pipefitters and HVAC/R Service Technicians committed to their communities and excellence at the worksite in Silicon Valley. We believe that skilled construction and ser
vice workers work best when we have a strong voice in decision-making. We stand together to make sure that our pay and benefits allow every employee’s family to live with dignity, and to ensure that construction in our community supports all working families.
