Happy National Community Health Worker Week!

Meet Kristi, a CHW graduate and current New Beginnings Case Manager. Kristi found HPP when she was seeking help to get out of an unsafe relationship as a new mother. Years later, she was looking to get back into the workforce, and she applied for the CHW program. She spent sixteen months learning from HPP, and upon graduation, she joined HPP as a full-time case manager.

"It's really a full-circle moment, being a client myself and now getting to support clients in my role, Kristi says.
