Even Ronald Reagan's FCC Chair thinks Trump's FCC chair is a danger to free press and speech.
From a statement submitted by Mark Fowler in the current "ABC vs FCC" case:
"When editors and producers decide what's news, they are exercising constitutionally protected editorial discretion. When Chairman Can judges the merits of those editorial decisions, he is acting as a censor. This case poses a grave threat to the discretion long guaranteed under the First Amendment."
