Special thanks to the SF Senior Center - Downtown for making sandwiches for the homeless. We love passing them out to our neighbors in the Tenderloin. There is so much need at the end of the month!

Once a month our friends at the Downtown San Francisco Senior Center make sack lunches and snacks for their neighbors and we help hand them out. We specialize in helping communities respond to poverty around them in ways that uplift and give voice to others.

Did you know, nearly all San Francisco meal programs are closed after lunch on Sundays? All people deserve food, for every meal. So, today we handed out sandwiches to the hungry in the Western Addition.

We dropped by a senior center in San Francisco’s Tenderloin district to share info about healing sounds and sound baths. We taught the seniors to play instruments and helped them check in with the sounds that soothe their soul. It’s our mission to support healing and wellness, particularly for communities that might not otherwise have access.

Tonight we handed out 150 bags of sandwiches and toiletries to cold San Franciscans. Thanks Thrivent for the supplies. We are restarting our PB&J walks and you can join us in 2024.
