Planting People Growing Justice is excited to celebrate the authors who contributed to the third edition of the Rondo Renaissance anthology. This intergenerational writing experience promotes our Rondo history, cultural heritage and community building.

At the Rondo Book Release Celebration on June 16th, where we proudly celebrated the release of our newest Rondo Anthology, we witnessed the strength and bond of the community. Authors, readers, families, and fellow supporters gathered to celebrate books of great resilience and to preserve and uplift the rich history of Rondo.

One of the most inspirational moments was hearing from our many young special honorees who spoke about their dedicated quotes in the new book release. The young honoree’s confidence and passion demonstrated the importance of empowering the next generation to learn, contribute, and inspire.

This celebration was filled with meaningful conversations, reminding us that preserving local history is not just about the past, but about inspiring future generations to continue moving these stories forward.

Thank you to everyone who attended in support of our authors, making this event memorable. We hope to continue honoring voices, experiences, and the resilience of the Rondo community together!
