ArtFeeds is only two weeks away! We are so very grateful to the talented Midcoast artists like Alexis Iammarino (shown here) for donating their time, creativity and artwork to support AIO's mission!

Alexis Iammarino is an artist with a community-based practice, focusing on murals, dance, and collaborative project design. She co-directs and curates for Interloc in Thomaston, Maine, and is director of the public history projects Hole History: Origins of the American-Style Donut and The Brick Journal: A Brick is a Type of Block.

!! It’s AIO’s 5th Annual ArtFeeds Exhibition & Silent Auction !!

⭐️ September 17–26 (online bidding) ⭐️
🎨 September 26, 4–6pm (closing reception) 🎨
⚡️Online bidding closes 5pm September 26th ⚡️

What is ArtFeeds?
Well-known local artists create their own plate or work with a wooden bowl or platter carved, donated by residents of the Maine State Correctional Facility’s woodworking program, and then generously donate their artwork to be auctioned off.

EXHIBITION: The exhibition of participating artist bowls and platters will be on display at Page Gallery in Camden, September 17–26.

ONLINE AUCTION: The online auction will run the length of the exhibition, September 17-26. Final bids are due 9/26 at 5pm. Check back here for more information closer to the event.

CLOSING RECEPTION: Please join us for a reception at the Page Gallery on September 26th from 4–6pm to see the artwork in person and where you can meet many of the artists.

All funds raised will support AIO’s programs!

ArtFeeds is the result of a proud partnership between AIO, Page Gallery , the Department of Corrections Maine State Prison and our local artists.
