Pyramid Lake is a popular camping destination for the 4th of July. On July 8th from 9 AM to 12 PM, volunteer alongside Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe members to help clean up litter after the busy, holiday weekend. Post cleanup, enjoy a picnic hosted by the tribe and free tribal permits to stay and recreate on the lake for the day! 😎

Over the weekend, KTMB and a group of 25 amazing volunteers removed roughly 11,000 lbs of trash from a desert dumpsite along I-80. We couldn't have done it without the help of A-Team Trash Hauling, Washoe County Sheriff's Office H.O.P.E. Team, Bureau of Land Management, Waste Management Northern Nevada, and Reno/Sparks/775 Driver Shaming
