Looking for an Airbnb or Short Term Rental for our longtime family friend. I can vouch for the OWNER who lives in an unbelieveable home in Danville, CA he built. The rental will be well taken care of.

Needs a 3BD/2BA minimum in the centralized Reno/Sparks area. Not downtown unless secured/gated etc. They will have tools in their vans that will need to be protected.

The rental will start next week and go for 4 weeks. They are not doing concrete work, roofing etc. They are doing a project inside Walmart which is electrical type of tenant improvment.

Who has a Single Story-Sparks Listing coming up 2/2 minimum with sideyard access under $625K? NO HOA unless it is one of the HOA's charging like $100 yearly.
