We all have days when our energy feels different. Maybe we're focused and present, or maybe we're running on empty and still trying to show up for everyone around us.

That's where Marli Williams' message comes in.

At our October WIN Speaker Series, she'll explore Energy Intelligence™️ and how becoming more aware of our own energy can change the way we work, connect, make decisions, and show up for the people around us.

We're looking forward to a conversation that brings the focus back to something we don't always stop to think about: how we're showing up.

Northern Nevada is a community that moves fast. New businesses, new ideas, new connections, and plenty of people making things happen.

And by the time October rolls around, the year is already picking up speed.

As we head into the final months of 2026, we’re bringing the WIN community together to talk about something that can shape how we navigate all of it: the energy we bring into our work, our relationships, and the people we lead.

On October 23, we’re welcoming leadership speaker and Energy Intelligence™️ expert Marli Williams - Keynote Speaker to the WIN Speaker Series for Lead Fully Charged.

Marli will share how becoming more aware of our energy can help us lead with greater intention, strengthen our connections, and focus our energy where it can make the biggest impact.

Come connect with the WIN community, hear a fresh perspective, and leave with ideas you can carry into the final stretch of the year.

Ask people what brings them back to WIN, and you’ll hear different answers. For Pat Cantwell, two things stand out: the speakers and the people in the room.

Every month gives attendees the opportunity to hear from leaders with different experiences and perspectives while spending time with people from across northern Nevada’s business community.

That combination is one of the things that has made WIN a place members continue returning to year after year.

Join us tomorrow, Friday, September 25, for our next WIN Speaker Series with Jeff Salzenstein | Keynote Speaker and Performance Coach.

We've all had weeks when the calendar fills up faster than we expected. Meetings run into one another, projects demand attention, decisions need to be made, and there's always something waiting for us at the end of the day.

What matters is recognizing how that pressure can begin affecting our focus, energy, and ability to respond to the situations in front of us.

On September 25, Jeff Salzenstein joins WIN Speaker Series with Own Your Zone.

The conversation will explore resilience, stress, and what helps us stay focused and perform when the pressure is on.
