What a day! August 22nd was one of the best events we have ever had in the last 11 years. You guys are all amazing. Huge thank you to EVERYONE that came out and supported this one. Huge thank you to all the amazing vendors, all the amazing volunteers that helped make this possible. This event was ran as smoothly as possible thanks to you all. Everyone that came to the event, THANK YOU! This was an awesome opportunity to bring this event back to where the idea started for VCMEET. Thank you for your patience, and being so respectful! Food was amazing, music was great, and the smiles were present! You all are a blessing! Seeing so many happy friends, people and just family’s enjoying their day is the reason why VCMEET is here. Media people all are amazing!
Love you all and until next year!

VCMEET 2026 is finally here!
Super excited to have our annual event, and what better place to do it than where it all started! Although our first event did not start at BGHS, the ideas for it did. Super excited for this years event, so many amazing vendors, so many amazing people are coming to this one! Can’t wait!
•
As always please remember a few things. There is a lot of time an effort that goes into making these events, from my side, vendors, and everyone driving hours just to make it here. We do have a few simple rules.
•
1.) No drugs or Alcohol. This is a family friendly event, I want to keep it a great environment.
•
2.) No Revving or Burnouts. Please be respectful of the venue, and the surrounding area. This isn’t the place or the time. Please go to the track.
•
3.) Let’s all have fun! These events are here to bring the community together and have a great time.
•
•
WHEN - August 22nd 5-8pm
Please do not show up earlier! Vendors will need time to setup!
