last year, ecc staff, board members, and volunteers formed a committee and interviewed the board of directors, staff, volunteers, partner organizations, and longtime donors to guide a 3-year strategic plan.

this plan will help us better meet the evolving needs of our diverse lgbtq+ community, including older adults, youth, bipoc community members, unhoused folks, immigrants and asylum seekers, people in recovery or struggling with addiction, and people with disabilities.
