Our recent Get Ahead workshop, “Show Up Ready: Job Fair & Interview Strategies,” was a great success!

We welcomed 48 attendees, including 23 Transition-aged students, for an engaging and interactive session focused on building confidence, preparing for job fairs, and strengthening interview skills.

A BIG thank-you to Dominic Caputo, Business & Employment Specialist at WorkSource Oregon, for doing an outstanding job leading the workshop! Participants were actively engaged throughout the session, making it a valuable learning experience for everyone.

As we celebrate National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), events like these reinforce the importance of empowering job seekers of all abilities with the tools, resources, and confidence to pursue meaningful employment.

The 19th Annual INCIGHT Black & White Gala was a huge success and so much fun! 

Last Saturday, October 3rd, our community came together at Castaway Portland for the 2026 INCIGHT Black & White Gala, an evening of celebration, generosity, and high expectations. Leaders, scholars, entrepreneurs, employers, and supporters filled the room with one shared purpose: to move the world by expecting great contributions with people experiencing disabilities. And the results blew us away!

Huge thanks to our lead sponsors Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette and Safeway Foundation, our generous donors, and our amazing volunteers. Together, we are increasing awareness and Inspiring Action!
