Reliving festival memories with Grand Floral Starlight Parade title sponsor ! CareOregon's float included their own interpretation of the PNW's favorite cryptid-- Biggie the Big Foot! They also partnered with , in the form of a secondary float! POIC is dedicated to the success of BIPOC youth and adults through education and work training. Riding the float was the Astoria Regatta Court and Friends of Astoria Column board president, Jordan Schnitzer.
