We had a fantastic turnout at our "Powering Communities" workshop in Minneapolis, featuring everything from an electric fire truck on-site to insightful discussions on equitable transportation. Attendees highlighted our workforce development panel, with one participant sharing:

"The workforce development session was very eye-opening for me... There are a lot of opportunities, and having the right pathway and resources is important to spread the information."

Thanks to everyone who came out to build a more equitable electric mobility future!

🕰️ Reminder: The Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program is open through Wed., Nov. 4. Oregon DEQ expects funds to run out and plans to suspend rebates on Nov. 5. Vehicles purchased or leased before Aug. 25, 2026, or after Nov. 4, 2026, are not eligible. If you're thinking about an EV purchase or lease, don't wait too long.

Grants from $100,000 to $150,000 are available for non-profits in Africa and Southeast Asia driving the e-mobility transition.

💡 Key Details:
Funding: $100K–$150K over 18 months + network support
Eligibility: Non-profits in Kenya, South Africa, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Thailand, Vietnam, or the Philippines
Open To: EV policy, transport, renewable energy, and climate organizations (no prior EV experience required)
