CMS Pauses Plans for RHC Self-Attestation Process

CMS recently confirmed that it has paused implementation of the RHC self-attestation program announced this spring.

In April, CMS issued an Information Collection Request on a planned program that would require RHCs to complete a brief, self-attestation of compliance form every 6 years, in lieu of periodic on-site surveys.
