We have decided to shift away from our Monthly Ready. Set. Connect group and move to offering two open office sessions each month. Please join us to connect, ask questions, get resources and share. We can chat about emergency preparedness, mental health, grief and more! We are here for you.

First Tuesday from 6-7pm, join us October 6th.
Second Wednesday from 1-2pm. join us October 14th
All are welcome.

The Resource Fair will feature organizations that provide services to the I/DD population. It will take place during the Sprout Film Festival inside the Farmer’s Market Pavilion building.

Our guides are designed to help you find resources that can assist you in accessing healthcare that meets your needs. You can find the guides on our Navigating Resources webpage! Autism Empowerment, Spectrum Life Magazine and Special Celebrations invite you to join us for a relaxed afternoon of good food, social connections, and community resources.
