🎉Congratulations to Milestone's Natalie Symons! 🎉 We are very to report that Milestone Health Care Quality Unit (HCQU) West Director Natalie Symons has successfully completed the St. John Fisher University Golisano Fellowship in Developmental Disability Nursing.
The mission of the Golisano Fellowship in Developmental Disability Nursing is to cultivate thought leaders and change-makers who support and advance the health, well-being and self-determination of individuals with intellectual and developmental .
There is a total of 65 Fellows internationally and Natalie is one of 19 who graduated this year. Natalie’s Fellowship research project was focused on developing Direct Support Professional workforce competency in dysphagia care.
This prestigious Golisano Fellowship is a testament to Natalie’s hard work, dedication to and vision for quality disability supports. Way to go, Natalie!
