Let’s take a moment to highlight our incredible volunteers from PNC! 🎉

Because of their generous time and commitment, PA Women Work received two $3,000 grants through the PNC Economic Opportunity Grants Program.

The goal of the Economic Opportunity volunteers is to advance economic mobility and inclusion across the communities that PNC serves.

Thank you, PNC, for your contributions to our mission.

☕❤️ A heartfelt thank you to our Coffee Club monthly giving members!

This morning, we were delighted to gather with many of our dedicated Coffee Club supporters for a special breakfast focused on gratitude, connection, and community. These monthly donors are more than supporters—they are partners in our mission to empower women to achieve financial stability and meaningful employment.

Because of their ongoing generosity, PA Women Work can continue providing career development services, mentorship opportunities, and critical support to women across our region.

We are so grateful for the opportunity to connect, share stories, celebrate impact, and thank the individuals whose monthly gifts help fuel our work all year long.

Thank you, Coffee Club members, for believing in the potential of every individual we serve. 💜

🌈 Happy Pride Month from PA Women Work! 🌈

This June, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals in our workplaces, communities, and beyond.

At PA Women Work, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to pursue meaningful employment, build economic stability, and thrive in an environment where they are respected, valued, and empowered.

Pride Month is a reminder that creating inclusive workplaces isn't just good practice—it's essential to building stronger teams, stronger communities, and greater opportunities for all.

💡 Career Tip Tuesday

Don't just apply—align.

When you're job searching, take a few extra minutes to customize your resume and cover letter for each position. Carefully review the job description and showcase the skills, experiences, and accomplishments that best match what the employer is seeking.

Employers aren't only looking for qualified candidates—they're looking for candidates who can clearly demonstrate how their experience fits the role.

Even small updates can help your application stand out and increase your chances of landing an interview.

✨ Professional growth starts with presenting your strengths with purpose.

Looking for tools to strengthen your job search? PA Women Work clients are invited to join our July A Closer Look: Using AI in the Job Search workshop to learn how AI can help you tailor resumes, draft cover letters, prepare for interviews, and more.
