The Hear Foundation is growing! 📣

Since day one, our mission has been to build safer, stronger communities in Pittsburgh by listening first and investing in the people and organizations doing the work on the ground. To expand our grantmaking, fundraising, and community engagement, we're hiring for two full-time, hybrid roles:

Development Associate ($78,000 to $82,000): Lead our fundraising efforts, including major gifts, corporate sponsorships, our annual appeal, and our impact report.

Program Associate ($45,000 to $55,000): Support our grantees throughout the grantmaking process and strengthen our relationships with grassroots partners across the community.
