✨ Please join us for a 𝘍𝘳𝘦𝘦 November inclusive social group, 𝘼𝙘𝙤𝙧𝙣 𝘼𝙧𝙩 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗛 at Hammer & Stain Tempe.

🎨 We will have the chance to get 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘄𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗻 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲, using fun embellishments and paint pens to create a design that is uniquely ours. Our finished creation will become a cozy 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for our homes! 🍁 Come join us for a fun-filled day of 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 as we kick of fall.

👩‍🍳 We had a blast cooking at 𝗠𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗛’𝘀 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗚𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺!

We are SO grateful to chefs 𝗞𝗲𝗿𝗶 & 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘇𝗶𝗲𝗿 of for generously opening their catering kitchen to us and to the amazing chef 𝗔𝘀𝗵𝗹𝗲𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺 (.made.co) of Ashley B. Small Bites & Confectionary, and chef 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 for providing three incredible cooking sessions!

🌶️ 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭: We used many flavorful ingredients to make 𝙂𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙣 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙞 𝘾𝙝𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙣 𝙀𝙣𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙖𝙙𝙖𝙨! Our young chefs shredded chicken, mixed ingredients such as cheese & cilantro, filled their tortillas, and rolled them after watching the chef heat the tortillas to perfection. Our chefs were even able to take some home to share with their families!

🍝 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮: Italian Meatballs were next on the menu! Our aspiring chefs were able to mix ingredients such as meat, onions, and garlic together. Next, they rolled ingredients into meatballs and prepared them to go into the oven to bake. These incredibly flavorful meatballs were a hit among the families, and they can't wait to make them again at home!

🌮 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯: Finally, we made mouthwatering Tacos de Papas (Potato Tacos!). We enjoyed mixing in spices such as cumin and chili powder to boiled potatoes. Once the potato mixture was fried inside corn tortillas, we were able to add various toppings of our liking such as lettuce, cheese, and salsa. These were SO delicious and enjoyed by all!

Each cooking session was filled with 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱, 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿! 🧑‍🍳We love 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 in the kitchen while 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 our 𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀.

The Healing Table Project is a local nonprofit that teaches cooking and baking to children experiencing difficult circumstances. We’re excited to partner with them and create a safe, welcoming space where kids can be kids, have fun, connect, and enjoy time with friends.
