We are a foster based organization so all of our dogs live in caring homes until a suitable permanent home can be approved. Although we are a breed specific rescue, we will never turn away any animal in need. We are self-funded and rely on the generosity of our followers to help us when we run into financial hardships for injured pit bulls. Our operations are based out of Phoenix, AZ. We thoroughly enjoy watching Maisy enjoy her ball, such a simple pleasure for a dog. To think that at one point, Maisy was on the kill list and was very close to becoming a statistic. Do you know what the key factor in saving Maisy was? A FOSTER. . If you look up foster, this is the definition

Foster means to encourage the growth or development of something or to provide temporary care for a child or animal without becoming the legal parent.

It is a selfless act that directly affects the
outcome of a vulnerable dog just longing for a second chance. Watching a dog thrive and become playful and spirited, like our Maisy, is rewarding.

If so, then you and Maisy will be excellent friends. People-watching is the ultimate relaxation therapy for our ball-obessed baby. She will stare out the window and fall asleep sitting up. ๐Ÿ˜† As soon as she is woken up, she's ready for more entertainment from outside.
