For 25 years, the Diversity Leadership Alliance has brought people together to learn, build meaningful connections, and create stronger, more equitable communities.

This November, we’re celebrating that legacy at the 25th Annual DLA Conference. But this milestone isn’t just about looking back. It’s about bringing our community together to ask, where do we go from here?

Over two days, you’ll have opportunities to engage in meaningful conversations, learn from diverse perspectives, connect with fellow leaders, and leave with ideas you can carry back into your workplace and community. Because equity doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens when we come together, learn from one another, and turn conversation into action.

Through the DLA Youth Leadership Academy, high school students gain the confidence, leadership skills, and support they need to thrive in school, serve their communities, and pursue their dreams through mentorship, leadership development, and scholarships. Together, DLA has helped connect students with more than $1 million in scholarships and leadership opportunities.
