When we got the news, we couldn’t wait to give a shout out!

Not one, not two, but THREE female coaches on the roster and it’s a good thing because Colony has grown to 30 Lady Knightess. Their army l looked strong this weekend already.

Having a female coach at colony is not new. In fact, the Ritz/Makamson duo have been supporting their growing female team for a while now. Welcome to the Coaches Corner Olivia Troxell Arndt. The former Kodiak Bear will add so much value to the Green and Black team.
