Thank you sisters for joining us this month at the Red Tent. What a beautiful practice we were welcomed into by Heidi Sunshine.

February Red Tent is already sold out and we can’t thank you all enough for your strong support of these gatherings. We are building trust in each-other, belonging and support.

Stay tuned for upcoming Red Tent offerings. We meet every 3rd weekend Sept. through April.

⏰ Noon – 11am (overnight retreat)

🌹 Join us for a sacred weekend of stillness, guided by the science of sound.
We gather once more in the nurturing refuge of the Red Tent—a space for rest, remembrance & reconnection.

🎶 Our guest facilitator, Brenda Waitman, will lead us through a deeply nourishing journey of:
🧘‍♀️ Primordial Sound Meditation
🌬 Conscious breath
🔔 Vibrational release & sound healing

✨ This experience gently invites the nervous system to soften and the heart to return home.
As a Chopra Center Certified Instructor, Brenda will guide us through the foundations of Primordial Sound Meditation, rooted in the ancient Vedic lineage of mantra meditation.

🌌 Each participant will receive a personal mantra based on their Vedic astrology.
💫 Brenda will also introduce Vibrational Sound Therapy, with opportunities for individual sessions woven throughout the weekend.

🔥 Space is limited — reserve your spot now $30 non-refundable deposit
