Please do not use any nails, staples, screws or super sticky tape on the outsides of the barns whatsoever. Our new paint is still very fragile. If something needs hung on a stall door- BLUE PAINTERS TAPE ONLY please! 🙏

Stall assignment update. We had a few more horses coming than we thought. The barns are full this weekend with horses for other events so we were only allocated so many stalls…so no tack stalls. Sorry! Please see Miss Colette in the Chuck Wagon when you arrive to give her your stall deposit. Also remember you must bring your own bedding. It’s going to be a great weekend!

Your NON-PERISHABLE 4-H static exhibits are due TOMORROW — Sunday, August 16! 🎨📸🧵🪚

June Tull Building, 2pm-6pm at the Fairgrounds

Bring us your art, photography, crafts, sewing, fiber projects, educational displays, skilled trades projects, digital media, and all the other wonderful things that will not wilt, rot, or require refrigeration. 😂💚

PLEASE DO NOT BRING TOMORROW:
🍪 Baked goods
🌻 Plants or flowers
🥕 Vegetables/herbs/horticulture exhibits

Those perishable exhibits are due Tuesday, August 25!

Here are the stall assignments for the state show. Our amazing Miss Colette also ordered stall banners for us. We’d also love to see you create a stall poster about your horse to display!! Maybe some prizes for best posters 😉! Colored blocks are sharing the tack stall for that block.

First, a HUGE thank you to everyone who has already entered exhibits this year. We are going to have a FULL June Tull Building, and we are so excited! 💚

Due to popular demand, we’ve extended non-perishable static exhibit registration through Thursday, August 13 at 9:00 PM AK time.

So if there’s a photograph, craft, sewing project, artwork, educational display, woodworking project, fiber creation, or other masterpiece sitting at your house waiting to go to Fair…
