We are incredibly proud of our President & CEO, Jamie Merrill, for delivering an inspiring and authentic keynote at the Women's Executive Council of Orlando’s most recent luncheon.

Jamie shared a powerful message about burnout, capacity, and moving beyond the expectation that success requires us to always do more, carry more, and be more.

We are even more grateful that these aren’t simply ideas Jamie speaks about β€” they are reflected in the way she leads. Her leadership has helped foster a culture where women are encouraged to bring their whole selves to their work, recognize the seasons they are in, and pursue excellence without believing that their worth is measured by how much they can carry.

Through a hands-on cosmetology and entrepreneurship program, teens are learning the fundamentals of cutting, braiding, and styling hair. They are also developing essential workforce skills, including communication, customer service, professionalism, and small business ownership. πŸ’Όβœ¨

Leadership, service, connection, and a little magic made Boys & Girls Clubs of America 2026 National Keystone Conference an experience our teens will never forget. ✨

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida was honored to welcome Keystone teens from around the world to our own backyard at Walt Disney World for a weekend designed to inspire.

We were especially proud of Samuel from our Tupperware Brands Branch, who served on the National Keystone Conference Steering Committee and led conference logistics. Samuel spent months helping shape an experience that reflected what young people care about most and showed what can happen when teens are trusted to lead.

We could not be prouder of our teens for showing up, speaking up, serving others, and leading the way. πŸ”₯
