Our Club kids have a little magic to share as they congratulate Joe Schott on his new role as President of Walt Disney World Resort! 🌟

For decades, our friends at Disney have helped create incredible opportunities for the kids and teens we serve — inspiring them to dream big, explore new possibilities, and believe in their futures.

We're so excited for this next chapter and look forward to continuing our partnership to make a difference for young people across Central Florida.

98% of our Club members abstain from smoking and drinking. And we don't believe that's a coincidence! 💙

Growing up comes with challenges. Peer pressure, tough decisions, and outside influences can be difficult for ANY young person to navigate.

But having the right people in your corner can change everything. 💙

That's why, behind our blue doors, we're building more than a place for kids to go after school. We're building a community where they feel safe, supported, and surrounded by caring mentors who believe in them.

Through character development, prevention education, positive relationships, and opportunities to discover their potential, we're helping our Club members build the confidence to make healthy choices.

This , we're proud to celebrate that 98% of our Club members abstain from smoking and drinking.

Because when kids feel like they belong, know they're supported, and have someone cheering them on, they're better equipped to make choices that lead to GREAT futures. 💙

🎮✨ Our 2026–2027 Teen Night season got off to a great start at our BuenaVentura Lakes Branch!

We welcomed 25 teens for an evening of relaxing, connecting, and having fun. From facial masks and a little self-care to friendly competition across a variety of video games, our teens had plenty of ways to unwind and enjoy time together. 💙

Teen Nights give young people opportunities to build friendships, feel a sense of belonging, and make great memories in a safe space.

We loved kicking off the school year with this group and creating a space just for our teens!

Our new June Family Branch is in good hands, thanks to the leadership of Shamel Akins, a former Club member turned Service Director.

With a heart for serving youth and teens and firsthand experience with the transformative power behind the Blue Doors, Shamel is ready to usher in a new era for Winter Garden .

When sharing with community partners and supporters at the Club’s Grand Opening last month, Shamel shared, “Every young person who walks through these doors has potential, and sometimes that potential just needs the right environment, the right opportunity, the right mentor, and somebody willing to say, ‘I believe in you.’”

That belief is at the heart of Shamel’s vision for the June Family Branch: creating a place where young people feel safe, supported, and encouraged to discover who they are and what they can become.

Shamel’s own journey is a testament to what’s possible when young people are given opportunity, encouragement, and a place to belong. Now, he is helping create that same experience for the next generation.

Thank you, Old Navy, for continuing to open doors of opportunity for young people in Central Florida! 💙

Through the OnWard Program, Club members from our Levy-Hughes Clubhouse and Walt Disney World Clubhouse had the chance to explore careers, build confidence, and practice important job-readiness skills during a hands-on experience at Old Navy at The Florida Mall. Club members at our Universal Orlando Branch also participated in career-focused activities with the Old Navy team as part of a special back-to-school backpack giveaway.

These meaningful experiences help young people strengthen the skills, connections, and confidence they need to prepare for GREAT futures.

We are grateful for Old Navy’s continued investment in Central Florida’s youth and for a partnership that helps create pathways to opportunity, mentorship, and career success.

The Human Resources Manager will lead day-to-day HR operations while helping strengthen a high-performing and mission-driven employee experience across our organization.

In this role, you will:
• Lead key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, leave administration, and compliance
• Coach and support leaders across more than 40 sites
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team
• Strengthen HR systems, processes, and data to improve the employee experience
• Help foster a culture of accountability, belonging, growth, and service
• Ensure our people practices support the staff who make our mission possible every day

We’re looking for a thoughtful, solutions-oriented HR professional who brings strong judgment, emotional intelligence, and experience across multiple HR functions — and, most importantly, someone who wants to use their expertise to make a meaningful difference.
