Cameron Rust, CSEP is an experience designer and strategist for Hello! Destination He has produced events that have garnered numerous industry awards, including ILEA ESPRIT, Special Event Gala and NACE One Awards. Cameron has received the Catalyst Award from Smart Meetings Magazine and is passionate about inclusive design.
Jennifer Selley, DMCP, CITP My career has given me a unique view of the hospitality and events industry, with experience across hotels, CVBs, tradeshows, and ultimately the DMC world, where I found my home. Seeing the industry from so many perspectives has taught me to anticipate what clients, partners, and teams need before they have to ask. It has also shaped how I approach every opportunity: stay curious, challenge the expected, find the path forward, and create experiences people remember.
Heather Pilcher, CSEP, CMP, has has more than 25 years of experience in the corporate events industry and, in 2012, A recognized industry leader, Heather has earned accolades including a Smart Women in Meetings Entrepreneur honor, an ILEA Esprit Award, and recognition as one of Convention South’s Meeting Pros to Watch 2025. Known for combining creative thinking, strategic expertise, and a highly personal approach, Heather is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that connect people and leave a lasting impact.
Jennie Carmody is a Regional Director of Experience + Design at ETHOS Event Collective, bringing six years of experience in destination management and event strategy to her role. She oversees the Orlando, Amelia Island, and Savannah markets, with a focus on program strategy, creative experience design, and team development.
Todd Zimmerman is the co- founder and the Big Guy of Odd-o-Ts’ Entertainment, a nationally recognized live entertainment and production company based in Central Florida. Since founding the company in 2004, Todd has spent more than two decades creating, producing, and managing live entertainment experiences for theme parks, attractions, corporate clients, municipalities, and special events throughout North America.
