The results are in! 🌱 In our first SEEDing Stronger Together cohort, 65% of members reported dramatic or meaningful gains. Leaders grew most in helping others collaborate and identifying strategic partners — and those skills led to new partnerships and new funding.

Yesterday we hosted the Tenderloin Youth Safety Zone team retreat with the SF Planning TCAP team, as well as, Mike Vuong and Esan Looper from the Tenderloin Community Benefit District.

As our plans come closer to reality we spent the morning:
➡️ Reflecting on the intersection of perfection and progress
➡️ Learning from other collaborative structures
➡️ Mapping our goals and priorities to community partners
➡️ Modeling potential Youth Safety Zone structures (with Legos, chenille sticks and more, of course!) that balance power, community voices, implementation, accountability and alignment.

Looking back at how far we've come, the momentum that carries us forward, along with the complexities of the process, we see our ideas coming together in new and innovative ways.
