Through art-making, ceremony, and community engagement, we aim to reconnect with water as an emotional, ancestral, and cultural presence in our lives. Part of City as Living Lab’s Cloudbursts/WaterWays initiative, this project is a creative response that seeks to deepen understanding of the increasing phenomenon of cloudbursts, sudden intense rainstorms affecting the Corona neighborhood.

A través de la creación artística, la ceremonia y la participación de la comunidad, nuestro objetivo es volver a conectar con el agua como una presencia emocional, ancestral y cultural en nuestras vidas. Como parte de la iniciativa Cloudbursts/WaterWays de City as Living Lab, este proyecto es una respuesta creativa que pretende profundizar en la comprensión del creciente fenómeno de los chaparrones, tormentas repentinas de lluvia intensa que afectan la comunidad de Corona.
