Our popular Birth Control Choices fact sheet is now newly updated on our website! It includes essential information about each birth control method, how to use it, its impact on bleeding/menstruation, and common side effects. The update also features new symbols to quickly show whether a method requires a prescription, protects against STIs/HIV, or contains hormones. Safe s*x is not just one person’s responsibility; all partners can and should play a role in protection.
