Thank you to Audrey Bernard and the New York Beacon for highlighting our 80th Anniversary Gala and the work that continues to support thousands of children and families across New York City.

This past Friday, to wrap up Children’s Mental Health Awareness Month, Northside’s Community Mental Health Promotion and Support Program (COMHPS) held a creative and calming workshop with our afterschool program focused on self-expression and well-being. 🐉

Using air-dry clay, children created their own dragon eyes while practicing mindfulness, building confidence, and having fun together. The verdict from the kids? “This is so much fun!” ✨

We love creating opportunities for children to explore their creativity while supporting their social and emotional wellness.
