Lloyd’s Carrot Cake has come home! The business that started nearly 40 years ago out of the apartment of Lloyd and Betty Adams at 100th Street and Park Avenue now has opened its doors at 100th & Lex, with plenty of space to welcome you.

While you may know Lloyd’s for their flagship in Riverdale, they’ve almost always maintained a presence in Harlem, most recently with a small storefront nearby on Lexington.

But now they’re back in a big way — churning out thousands of cakes on a 24/7 schedule during the holiday season. Brandon and Lilka Adams are now running the business in memory of their parents Lloyd and Betty, and are proud to be back on the block with cousins and friends to honor them.

Drop by for a full cake, or a slice just for you: Carrot (with or without nuts & raisins), Red Velvet, German Chocolate, Pineapple Coconut, Strawberry & more. They’re also serving hot drinks and organic coffee from Betty’s home country of Costa Rica.
