Dear Mr. Ramrachia:
Please refer to our franchise agreement whereby you were given franchise to organize Miss ndia Mauritius under our banner. As per our franchise agreement, "your major esponsibilities as National Director is to organize the national pageant in your country, chtrin thre pruper ira"rur tre winner and provide her with a round trip ticket to the city of the pageant."
Please note that you have fail ed to meet your responsibilities miserably. Last time you were able to send a contestant was: in 2019 in Mumbai and you never paid the franchise fee for thrati year. Sinne thini yuu have no been alle to send a contestant to the intermatical platform depriving your winners the opportunity to be on an international platform.
Please also note that as per our franchise agreement signed by both parties "you also agree that you or your organization will not be part of any other Indian pageant for five years from
thre trate thyuun'rast pageath."
We have also been informed that your pageant is conducted in an auditorium without any glamour and in an unprofessional manner and there has been always question/ controversy about the winners. You have failed to provide any prizes, cash or in kind, to your winners and ral to give them any exposure.
On the basis of above mentioned facts, we hereby cancel our association with immediate effect and direct you not to use our name/logo anywhere from this date.
