🚓🚒🚨 Little Learners, BIG Community Connections! ❤️

Learning Beyond the Classroom! 🌟

Community Helpers is the exciting unit of study in Classroom 115, and our little learners had the wonderful opportunity to connect with some of the everyday heroes who help keep our community safe!

A heartfelt THANK YOU to our very own School Resource Officer, Officer Nippie of NOPD’s Third District, Operator Collins and Captain Gnuse of the New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD), and Colonel Belisle of the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Department for taking the time to support, engage, and nurture our students’ learning! 💙❤️

Your presence helped transform classroom lessons into meaningful, real-world learning experiences while inspiring curiosity, building connections, and helping our youngest learners understand the important roles community helpers play in our lives.

At Educare New Orleans, we believe that some of the most powerful learning experiences happen when our classrooms and community come together!

Thank you for being more than community helpers—you are community partners helping shape our future leaders! 🌟

Our little learners enjoyed a day filled with pink-tastic fun, creativity, exploration, and meaningful learning experiences, all while being part of something bigger than themselves!

A special thank-you to Adrian's Bakery for the beautiful and delicious breast cancer awareness cake that helped make our celebration even sweeter! 🎂🩷

Today was more than just wearing a color. It was about spreading awareness, showing support, celebrating strength, and sharing LOVE! 💗

Because at Educare New Orleans, even our littlest learners can help spread a BIG message! 🎀

A chair was passed today! 🙌🏽 Janell passed the chair to Mikell. Janell stated: “I passed Mikell the chair because she shows great dedication and compassion every single day to each of her students. She is always patient and she is very dependable, willing to work with and help wherever she is needed. She’s been an amazing support and bright light to me personally with her bubbly personality and comforting heart. I just want her to know she is seen and appreciated. “
