Promenade for the Pups – Let’s Get These Dogs Seen, Loved & Adopted!
Join us on Saturday, December 6th from 10 AM–12 PM at Sevier Park for a heartwarming event supporting R.A.R.E. Rescue and their 15+ adoptable pups in need of forever homes or foster care!
This isn’t just a walk—it’s a mission. We’ll be parading these adorable rescue dogs through the busy 12th South neighborhood to catch the eyes (and hearts!) of passerbyers. Our goal? To get every single pup seen, shared, and ultimately into a home.
🎯 Here’s how you can help:
• Come empty-handed so you can walk one of our rescue dogs.
• Bring your camera or phone—snap photos, take video, and post everywhere.
• Tag and in your posts and stories to boost reach and visibility.
• Let bystanders interact with the pups, take pictures, and encourage them to post too!
• All pups will wear QR codes and name tags—one quick scan links directly to their adoption info.
• Founder Trisha, from R.A.R.E. Rescue will be on-site to answer questions about fostering or adopting.
Whether you know someone who wants to adopt, has considered fostering but isn’t sure how it works, or just loves dogs and wants to support, invite them. The more people who show up, the more lives we can change.
📍 Meet us at Sevier Park and we’ll promenade through 12th South, stopping at White Bison Coffee for pup cups, photo ops, and sweet moments.
🎟️ Please RSVP for your free ticket at the link in our bio! This helps us get a headcount so we can match each dog with a loving walker.
Let’s give these pups the visibility—and the chance—they deserve.
