Nurses for Newborns of Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide meaningful, home-based support to families across Middle Tennessee.

Our LCSW plays an important role in helping parents and caregivers navigate mental health needs, complex life circumstances, and connections to resources—all while working alongside our nursing team to support the health and well-being of babies and their families.
