💙 MORRIS PLAINS, YOU WENT THE EXTRA MILE! 🏁

WHAT. A. DAY. 👟

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make yesterday's Strides for Education 5K Run/Walk such a wonderful celebration of our community!

To our runners, walkers, youngest racers, sponsors, volunteers, cheering neighbors, and EVERYONE who helped behind the scenes: this event simply wouldn't happen without you.

Every step taken and every hour volunteered helps the Education Foundation of Morris Plains continue supporting opportunities for students in our schools.

And to Don, who has now officially earned a break from being our unofficial race mascot... we'll see about that. 😉😂

We're so grateful for this community. Thank you for another fantastic Strides for Education!

It takes a village to put on a 5K… and a whole lot of awesome volunteers to keep everyone on course! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️❤️

Our volunteer Race Marshals gathered Thursday evening for their race day briefing, getting ready to help guide runners and walkers along the route and keep everyone safe on Sunday!

These dedicated volunteers are a big part of what makes the Strides for Education 5K possible, and we’re so grateful they’re giving their time to support our racers and Morris Plains students.

👏 Let’s hear it for our Race Marshals! We’ll see you out on the course Sunday! 🍎🏅
