mykidsoutdoors.org Nature Therapy Recreational Program Kids Outdoors recognizes that our children are swamped with technology and overstimulation.

Our children are growing up “indoors” and their critical connection to nature has faded. As a result their health, ability to release natural energy, and self esteem have been compromised.
“Go outside and play!” Those four words ring loudly in many of our childhood memories. Many of us can certainly remember the days of climbing trees, getting dirty, and just simply playing. Kids Outdoors works t

o reconnect our children with nature by making the outdoors enjoyable, accessible, and just plain fun.
