Rose House creates forever homes that make dreams come true for those with special needs. In 1999, Mark and Pearl Kramer founded Rose House for their daughter Abby, and over the next two+ decades it has grown to become a premier residential provider of six programs throughout Morris County. Opening our first group home in November of 2003, we offer an extensive range of recreational choices for ou

r residents, employees, and other adults with special needs throughout Morris County. Thanks to the generous support of our donors, surrounding townships, and capital funding, today we have six residential programs and eight independent living apartments where our residents thrive, living their best lives.

Yesterday, we welcomed Gourmet Cafe Italian Restaurant Chef-Owner Matthew Pierone to tour our Hanover Community Residence and meet some of the wonderful people your support benefits!

Just a few weeks after kickoff, the jackpot for Rose House's 50-50 raffle fundraiser has already reached $2,545!

Last year's jackpot was $10,575. Please help us exceed last year's prize for the fifth year in a row as we expand housing opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. The drawing is on 12/17/2026.

How to Get Raffle Tickets...

📫 Option 1: Physical Tickets (Regular Mail)
If you haven't received physical tickets in the mail, send a request to [email protected]. After receiving tickets in the mail, fill out the stubs and send them back with a check for $10 per ticket.

💳 Option 2: Electronic Payment
Order at www.therosehouse.org/2026-5050. We then fill out the tickets for you and send an image of the ticket stubs to the email address you provided.
