🔨💗 GIRLS CAN BUILD! 💗🔨

What an amazing day with our PWB Council and a local Girl Scout troop! These future builders rolled up their sleeves and learned how to build and paint a library book stand from start to finish. 🛠️📚

A huge thank you to Eddie McKeon for teaching and guiding the girls through the project, and to our incredible PWB Chair, Julie McKeon, for organizing such a fun and inspiring event!

And how cute are those aprons?! 👷‍♀️💕 A special thank you to Jaeger Lumber for sponsoring them!

One of the missions of our Professional Women in Building Council is to inspire the next generation — especially young women — to discover the opportunities available in construction and the skilled trades. 💪🔨

🏗️ MetroBCA was proud to represent the building industry at the ASID NJ DesignXPO!

It was a great day of inspiration, connection, and collaboration as we joined designers, builders, industry professionals, students, and leading brands from across the region.

We loved seeing so many of our MetroBCA members at the Expo — and especially enjoyed introducing the association to many new faces and sharing how MetroBCA brings together professionals throughout the building, remodeling, and design industries.

The ASID NJ DesignXPO is all about discovering the latest products and ideas, continuing professional education, building valuable relationships, and celebrating the incredible talent within our design community.
