Montana Military Order of the Purple Heart (MMOPH) provides wounded Veterans from past and current wars the opportunity to seek and be provided assistance in multiple venues relating to Veteran’s services, advocacy and outreach. In order to maintain this level of quality and commitment to our Veterans, we must develop, validate and incorporate an internal and external vision of excellence. We envi
sion a society in which Veterans are reintegrated and provided assistance by putting wounded Veterans in contact others who have walked in their boots. Other organizations may have more resources and skills at dealing with other aspects of these wounded Veterans’ needs, but we feel that through our professional expertise and outreach in Montana combined with a willing group of competent employees and volunteers allows us to provide these Veterans with a high-quality and beneficial experience. By continually adhering to this approach, Montana Military Order of the Purple Heart affords itself the flexibility to develop venues and opportunities for assistance throughout the state while maintaining direction and superiority in pursuit of our established vision. Maintaining an overwhelming record of success through our programs and outreach is and will always continue to be a hallmark of our organizational accomplishment and excellence. Internal Vision
Veteran: Montana Military Order of the Purple Heart envisions an environment driven by our commitment to enhancing the communal perception where all Veterans are not only supported, but encouraged to participate and be an active and socially productive component within the greater community. Montana Military Order of the Purple Heart makes programs and avenues of assistance readily available and accessible throughout the state to those who wish to participate or those in need of assistance. We initiate the process necessary to begin the journey on the road to recovery and successful integration. Community: Montana Military Order of the Purple Heart envisions a seamless, mutually supportive relationship with local and state communities. The relationship with these communities is a crucial component of our continued success. Community support and inclusion fosters fundraising opportunities, donations, and other revenue streams with which the organization offsets overhead costs. Without these ongoing opportunities and community support and involvement, we would not be able to accomplish our shared mission and vision of helping our returning wounded Veterans.
