The Arlington Jaycees (part of Junior Chamber International) is the premier not-for-profit in Arlington that provides young people (ages 21-40) with opportunities for personal & professional growth, business networking, community involvement and social engagement in the Arlington Community and worldwide. Our mission is to provide leadership development opportunities that empower young people to cr

eate positive change. Membership in the Arlington Jaycees includes membership in the Virginia Jaycees, US Jaycees (JCI USA) and Junior Chamber International (JCI). The Arlington Jaycees have been proudly serving the Arlington Community since 1948.

Our very own Erika Ostuni has been initiated into the Virginia Life Member Association!

For those reading not familiar with the Jaycees, this is the highest honor the state can offer, and only goes to those who have shown long term commitment and value to the organization.

On behalf of the Arlington Jaycees, we'd like to take this time to not only congratulate her on this achievement, but thank her for everything she has done, and continues to do for the Jaycees 👏👏👏

What a weekend it was! The annual State Winter Meeting saw Arlington take home a number of awards recognizing the work put in this past year 🏆🏆🏆

It also served as the initiation ceremony for the State Board. Congrats again to and , your 2026 Virginia State Management VP and President!

As always, it's great to connect with other Jaycees, and on Monday, so can you! Stop by on Monday March 9th, starting at 6:30pm for a drink, some food, and to meet and learn more about the Jaycees!
