Twin Cities Pride stands in solidarity with the LGBTQIA2S+ community in Berlin, and with everyone impacted by this heartbreaking act of violence.

Pride exists because our community has always found strength in coming together to celebrate who we are, support one another, and work together for a future where everyone belongs.
No one should have to fear for their safety while gathering in community.

We reaffirm our commitment to creating spaces where LGBTQIA2S+ people and our allies can celebrate with joy, dignity, and as much safety as possible.

In moments like these, we are reminded that our global LGBTQIA2S+ community is connected across borders. We mourn with those who are hurting, stand beside those affected, and remain steadfast in our belief that love, resilience, and community will always be stronger than hate.

Calling all young storytellers!

This summer, we’re partnering with The Loft Literary Center to bring two exciting creative writing workshops to the Pride Cultural Arts Center for youth ages 13–18.

Make the Game Come Alive is perfect for gamers who want to create new adventures for their favorite characters, dream up original side quests, or invent an entirely new game world from scratch.

Queering the Narrative explores storytelling through LGBTQ+ perspectives, inviting writers to reimagine fiction, memoir, and creative nonfiction while celebrating q***r identities, histories, and experiences.

Whether you love writing, gaming, or discovering new ways to tell stories, there’s a place for you.
✨ $25. Open to youth ages 13–18.

Last chance to submit your artwork!

The submission deadline for After the Rainbow..., our first community art exhibition at the Pride Cultural Arts Center, is Thursday, July 10.

We’re inviting LGBTQIA2S+ artists ages 13+ to help us imagine what comes next. What does our collective future look like? What do q***r joy, healing, and community make possible?
Whether you create paintings, photography, sculpture, video, fiber art, or another medium, we want to see your vision.

Submit your artwork before July 10 and be part of this exciting community exhibition.

Today is a difficult day for so many in our community.

The Supreme Court’s decision sends a painful message to transgender youth who deserve the same opportunities to learn, grow, compete, and belong as every other young person.
At Twin Cities Pride, we want every transgender person, especially every trans young person, to know this: you are seen, you are valued, and you belong.

Minnesota remains a place where transgender athletes are welcome to participate, and we will continue to advocate for a future where every LGBTQIA2S+ person can live openly, safely, and authentically, no matter where they call home.

Our Executive Director, Andi Otto, has shared the following statement in response to today’s ruling
We invite our community to continue showing up for one another. Our voices are stronger together, and our commitment to protecting the dignity and humanity of transgender people has never been more important.
