There's something special happening at the Minneapolis American Indian Center this Sunday. ✨

Bowwow Powwow - a production by Stages Theatre Company and Mni Giizhik Theatre - will be performed in our building this Sunday, Oct. 11 at 1:00 p.m.

About the play: Windy Girl is blessed with a vivid imagination. When she falls asleep under the stars, her Uncle’s stories of powwows burst into magical visions—where dancers, drummers, and the whole celebration transform in delightful and unexpected ways. Benay McNamara and Blossom Johnson bring the childhood wonder of the powwow to life in this vibrant stage adaptation of Brenda Child’s book.

• Participants must be 16 years and older to use the Fitness Center.
