We always love our First Friday receptions, but we especially enjoy getting to welcome in our exhibiting artists for an artist talk. Tonight, Annica Anderson Pamela Willhite and Ellie McGinty are joining us for an artist panel led by our curator Kelly Kruse. Each will be sharing more about the themes and processes behind their work, how they are working through themes of embodiment, and other pearls of wisdom from their lives as faithful artists. It’s shaping up to be a wonderfully encouraging and inspiring evening, and we hope you’ll be able to join us!
Our doors will be open from 5:30-9pm, with the artist panel kicking off at 6:40pm. See you tonight!!!

Leawood Arts (our sister arts ministry) is currently displaying a truly phenomenal exhibit called Who is This Man, Jesus? This show brings together 44 artists working across a wide range of disciplines to depict 66 moments from the Biblical story, all of which point to the singular person of Jesus Christ.
This Thursday evening, Christ Community - Leawood Campus is hosting an event to celebrate this incredible show. The evening will be rich with story, art, and song, and we don't want you to miss it. Join us at 14200 Kenneth Road, Leawood, KS, from 6:30-8pm.
